Hyderabad, February 26 (Viswam News): Shadan College of Engineering and Technology, Peerancheru, Hyderabad, successfully hosted a Mega Placement Drive, Internship, and Abroad Higher Education Fair on 25th February 2025. The event saw participation from 16 companies and 11 Abroad Higher Educational Consultancies, offering numerous opportunities to the students.

Dr. Shah Alam Rasool Khan, Chairman of the Shadan Educational Society, appreciated the organizers and encouraged participants to make the most of the placement drive. He emphasized its significance in providing valuable career prospects.

The event was inaugurated by Dr. Ateeq Ur Rahman, the Principal of the college, who congratulated all the students who were selected during the drive, acknowledging their hard work and dedication.

Prof. Muneem, the Director of the college, addressed the participants, stressing the importance of enhancing their skills to keep up with technological advancements in the ever-changing job market.

Dr. Sk. Saidulu, Convener of the event and Training & Placement Officer, shared that over 1000 students applied for the event, and nearly 400 students from various colleges secured positions with multinational companies (MNCs).

Dr. Iliyas, Co-Convener and Dean of Academics & HOD, ECE urged the participants to consider the placement as a stepping stone in their careers and encouraged them to be lifelong learners, continuously upgrading their skills.

Dr. G. Sridhar, Co-Convener and HOD of CSE, advised students to not only focus on technical knowledge but also to improve other skills that would set them apart in their professional journeys.

Dr. Amairullah Khan Lodhi, Dean R&D encouraged students to be entrepreneurs and to become job givers rather job seekers.

Other key organizers who contributed to the success of the event included Dr. Imtiyaz (HOD, IT), Dr. Ravi Kumar (Professor, ECE), Dr. Shakeer Basha (Prof, CSE), Mr. Kashif Iqbal, Prof. Sampath Kumar, Prof. Venkateshwarlu, Mrs. K. Manasa, Ms.Ana Kaifi, Mr. Khaliq, and Mr. I.S. Reddy & all student volunteers Their hard work and coordination made the event a grand success.
